This is a very important question. What makes my services different is my commitment to safety, quality, family tradition and my personal attention to detail.
It is my mission here at JohnCharles Kitchen to bring Authentic Fine Italian Cuisine to your event. All food is hand prepared here in my kitchen from scratch using only the freshest and finest ingredients. No expense is spared in quality of ingredients or time spent to prepare your meals. No corners will ever be cut. My services are not for everyone. They are for those that know the difference or for those that want to know the difference that no compromise can make in a dining experience. It is how I was taught. It is part of my family’s tradition.

Anything shown on my menus can be combined or substituted in addition to taking special requests. Call and talk, let your imagination go, call and talk some more. No Problem. I enjoy talking with all current and potential future customers, so, like I said, please call me with any questions you may have, to discuss your final menu selections or to question that something very special you have in mind for yourself.

As part of my commitment to my customers and in addition to my 40 years in the kitchen, I am a ServSafe Food Safety® Manager Level Certified Food Handler. This course of study and certification in food safety for serving to the public is endorsed by the National Restaurant Foundation (NRF) and my certification is traceable the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). I continually study food saftey and I retest and I am recertified every 5 years to ensure my customers that I stay on top of new trends in food saftey. I take not only the enjoyment of you and your guests seriously, but also your health and safety. In addition, I can accommodate all special diet and allergy needs for you and your guests.
